Solche aktivistischen Ans\u00e4tze hinterfragen politische K\u00e4mpfe, die auf traditionelleren Vorstellungen von Identit\u00e4t beruhen. Diese Entwicklungen schlagen sich auch in unterschiedlichen musikalischen Bereichen nieder. Die MMRC Lecture 2021 beleuchtet aus wissenschaftlicher, aktivistischer und k\u00fcnstlerischer Perspektive, welche Relevanz \u201eQueering Identity\u201c f\u00fcr Minderheitenforschung und Minderheitenpolitik besitzt und welche Herausforderungen damit verbunden sind. Thomas R. Hilder (Norwegian University of Science and Technology, Trondheim) n\u00e4hert sich als Keynote-Speaker dem Thema \u00fcber Beispiele aus der LGBTQ+ Community an, Rasika Ajotikar (SOAS University of London) kontrastiert dies anhand von Minderheitencommunities in Indien.
